We believe quality starts within the organization and strive to treat our employees with respect, professional challenges commensurate with their desire to grow, and a work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork. We understand that as a small business our reputation is framed by the quality of our work and how we handle ourselves professionally.
We recognize the importance and benefit of establishing quality assurance mechanisms for the design and execution of every work effort. Although still a young company, the utilize the Project Management Institutes (PMI) PMBOK project management principles and we seek compliance with the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model (CMMI). These aid in the delivery of consistently high quality products, allow risks to be identified and mitigated early, increase the predictability of delivery costs, reduce variability in delivery schedules, and provide high quality products and services.
